Bidders are invited to submit tenders for the crack filling of designated Municipal roads using a CA-90 cold pour crack filling material or approved equal product. Contractor is responsible for providing traffic control measures in order to complete the work safely. Dealine to complete the work is June 15, 2019. Contractor to supply all material, labour and equipment to complete the work as described in the tender documents. The owner reserves the right to accept the bid which it deems in its discretion most advantageous. The bid having the lowest cost to the owner shall not necissarily be accepted.
