The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) has a requirement for the provision of a data gathering and operation service in relation to the existing Sustainability Data Management System, IBM’s ENVIZI.  The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal the SHA’s intention to award a contract for these services to Deloitte 122 1st Avenue South, Suite 400, Saskatoon, SK S7K 7E5. Before awarding a contract, however, the SHA is providing other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a statement of capabilities during the 10-business day posting period.

In the event the SHA receives any written statements of capabilities,  the SHA will conduct an evaluation of such received statements.  If, as a result of such evaluation, the SHA determines that one or more suppliers other than Deloitte are capable of meeting the SHA’s requirements, the SHA will conduct a further competitive process before making any final award.  Such further competitive process may include a publicly issued Request for Proposal or a Request for Proposal issued only to Deloitte and the suppliers the SHA has determined are capable of meeting the SHA’s requirements.

If no written statements of capabilities are received by the SHA, or if the SHA determines based on its evaluation that no supplier who has submitted a written statement of capabilities is capable of meeting the SHA’s requirements, The SHA intends to proceed to award the contract to Deloitte and no further procurement process will be undertaken by the SHA.

Until a formal written agreement is finalized and accepted by both the SHA and a supplier, the SHA does not intend to create any contractual relationship (either expressed or implied) or create any other legal duties or obligations with any supplier submitting a response to this ACAN.
