This  RFP is for the construction of approximately 43.5 km of direct embed 230kV single circuit structures with bundled conductor tapping from the existing PQ4 transmission line to the Condie switching station West of the city of Regina. The new line will consist of direct embed 230kV single circuit galvanized H-frame structures with bundled conductor. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposed pricing, alternatives and options from each Proponent to provide SaskPower with the work as described in Appendix A – Requirements and Specifications (the “ Work”).
