The work will include for the removal of approximately 13,200 ft2 (1,226 m2) of existing BUR and SBS roof systems and the installation of a new SBS roof system.

A mandatory on-site review of the project for all interested Bidders has been set for 10:00AM on Thursday, December 08, 2022, starting at Spiritwood High School. Bidders must attend in order for their bid to be considered. RMIS reserves the right to reschedule the time and date of the review. All bids and amendments must be received by email to engineering@rmiseng.ca prior to 2:00 PM Local Time, Tuesday, December 20, 2022. Bids turned in after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened privately. It cannot be guaranteed the bids will be opened immediately after closing.
The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin on April 3, 2023; the completion date is August 15, 2023.
