This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskWater to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the SAPONET – Pipeline Realignment for Highway 5 project, as further described in the RFP - Appendix A.

The project will include supply and installation of approximately 6500 m of 250mm HDPE DR13.5 pipe. The work will also include approximately seven manholes, a swab structure, and twelve cased and uncased trenchless crossings under various roads as well as crossing highway 5. Further details are provided in the Appendix C – Pricing Form and in the drawing package.

Substantial completion is required for May 1, 2025 with Total completion by May 30, 2025.
