Submissions marked "COR7307 –  2025 Pedestrian Improvements" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday June 03, 2025.

The City of Regina seeks entities qualified and experienced in constructing sidewalks in the City of Regina.

The 2025 Pedestrian Improvements contract includes sidewalk construction projects for a combined length of approximately 2 km of new sidewalks as well as approximately 0.4 km of sidewalk repairs. The major areas of Work includes, but is not limited to below:

• Concrete slab removal and gutter removal; excavation and saw cutting; installing a new sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, etc.
• Water and sewer improvements including installing catch basins or adjusting them, rebuilding manholes and/or their adjustment.
• Site grading and landscaping; and
• Traffic Accommodations, among other work.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
