The RM of Edenwold No. 158 (RM) invites qualified and experienced IT service providers to submit a proposal for the provision of comprehensive IT services. Our organization is committed to enhancing operational efficiency, security, and service delivery. Our organization has approximately 40 users and we seek a provider who can offer innovative solutions, reliable support, and strategic guidance to help us achieve our technological goals.

Proposals must be emailed or be placed in a sealed envelope marked "CONFIDENTIAL RM158-2025-10: Negotiated Request for Proposal - IT Services" and delivered to the office of the RM of Edenwold No. 158 located at 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, S4L 1C6 before 2:00 PM Saskatchewan time on Friday, June 27, 2025.
