Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Central Services, is conducting a Request for Services (RFS) for the provision of various janitorial cleaning services (Services) for buildings managed by Central Services.

Services will be required on both a routine and “as and when requested” basis and may differ per location.   Services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications and industry standards as further described in this RFS.

In addition to providing the required Services, the successful Supplier(s) will be required to provide all management, supervision, labour, materials, and equipment, and must plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective completion of the Services described in the RFS.

See Appendix D for a complete list of the buildings covered under this competition.  Suppliers may bid on one (1) or more buildings.

Submissions will be evaluated on a building by building basis as outlined in section 9 of the RFS.

Building floor plans will be made available to Suppliers as detailed in section 3.2 of the RFS.  Floor plans for certain buildings may require signing a confidentiality agreement.

Site visits are available for certain facilities as detailed in the schedule provided in Appendix E.
