The RM of Coteau, No 255 invites tenders for the loading, hauling, and spreading of road gravel for 2018. Approximately 10,000 cubic yards of crushed road gravel needs to be applied to municipal roads in the month of June.

Please provide a price per yard per mile of haul

Please provide a price for loading

Please provide any and all additional charges, if applicable

Please provide a list of trucks including the year, make, and model

Please provide references from two municipalities where you have hauled gravel in the past

Council is asking for verification that you can guarantee that the gravel will be applied by June 30, 2018.

Council reserves the right to cancel road gravel application if not applied by the deadline and hire another contractor to finish the job.

Tenders must include proof of minimum $2 million liability insurance and a letter of good standing from the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board.

Only sealed tenders clearly marked "Hauling Tender" on the envelope will be received at the RM of Coteau municipal office in Birsay, SK until 9:00am local time, March 12, 2018.

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted and the RM of Coteau, No 255 reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
