The Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation requests proposals for the supply and installation of a Total Organic Carbon Analyzer (TOC) and of peripherals for automatic sample introduction. Routine maintenance must be analyst friendly, not time consuming, and be supported by technical assistance provided by the Manufacturer(s).  The TOC system will replace an existing TOC by Persulphate Ultraviolet Oxidation Method (SM 5310C) system.
