Project Specifications

The Municipality is seeking pricing as noted to be submitted on the prescribed form.
Hauling to be within the Rural Municipality of Pleasantdale No. 398.
Approximately 13,000 cu yards to be loaded, hauled and placed on approximately 76 miles of heavy haul road.
Hauling shall be completed by June 21, 2026.

 From time to time, when the municipal haul is completed, the Municipality may require spot gravelling on light areas, etc. The tender submission shall indicate if the company is willing to return to do said spot hauls and the price per cubic yard mile for such hauls.

Labour, Materials & Equipment

The successful bidder shall supply all supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools and all other things necessary for the complete supply of the work as indicated or intended by the specifications which form part of this document.
The unit price shall include the supply of all supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools and all other things necessary for the complete supply of the work.
