The Rural Municipality of Enniskillen No. 3 invites Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for the supply of waste bins and garbage/recycling pick-up and removal services within the Rural Municipality and the community of Glen Ewen.

Services include rural bin rentals (3-, 4-, and 6-yard), curbside garbage and recycling collection in Glen Ewen, and servicing of 30- and 40-yard bins. Pricing must be fully itemized, including rentals, lift fees, delivery, and any surcharges. Rural disposal fees are paid directly by ratepayers.

Proponents are requested to provide pricing for:

Annual contract, and

3-year and 5-year contract terms, if pricing differs.

The successful proponent will be responsible for MMSW reporting on behalf of the Municipality.
