The Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Immigration and Career Training (ICT), Career Services intends to contract with Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada (VLRC) to provide specialized career and employment services to Saskatchewan residents who are blind or partially sighted and require assistance to reduce the impact of their disability to participate in educational and/or employment situations.
