The City of Regina (City) intends to issue a future solicitation document for the Demolition and Construction Services project. Vendors interested in participating in second stage competition(s) must be pre-qualified by the City. To be considered for pre-qualification, vendors must submit a qualifications package in accordance with the provisions of this Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ).

Responses clearly marked "COR4986 - Demolition and Construction Services", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Monday June 15,2020.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submit a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website within 24 hours of the closing date. Following the evaluation of the responses, the City will post the pre-qualified firms to the Sasktenders website.
