The work consists of removing existing topping slab and waterproofing of split slab assembly, installation of new waterproofing and topping slab. Additional drains are to be installed and existing slab openings to be infilled. Exterior concrete stair is to be removed and a new steel stair it to be installed in its place. Within the building additional concrete is to be installed to create a transport path.

Secure electronic tenders will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement until 3:00PM Saskatchewan Time, June 5, 2024 and will be opened thereafter in accordance with the Tender documents. Tenders must be submitted via email, following the Instructions to Bidders included in the Tender documents.

Tenders will be evaluated based on the information contained in the tender documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
