The Rural Municipality of Viscount No. 341 (hereinafter referred to as “the RM”) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for the design of a heated municipal shop building. The purpose of the shop building is to store three (3) motor graders.

The RM of Viscount is located approximately 75km east of Saskatoon on Highway #16.  The existing shop is too small to service and store the municipal equipment, as necessary.
