The Rural Municipality of Wood River No. 74 is accepting tenders for the 2018 gravel hauling from municipal pits located at NE 34-08-02 W3rd and NE 12-04-06 W3rd.

Tenders are invited for the loading, hauling and application of approximately 10,000 yards of 3/4" gravel.  A list of equipment and machinery used for hauling and loading.  Please include, haul rate, loading rate, minimum haul distance rate and any additional surcharges.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and the Municipality reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.

Tender must include:

Breakdown of the price per yard per mile to haul

The minimum haul mileage

Loading per yard

Any/All charges applicable

The gravel located at the NE 34-08-02 W3rd must be hauled on the east side of section 34, 27, 22, 15-08-03 W3 to Highway #13

The Municipality may need spot hauling for larger sized gravel such as pit run, which would need to be supplied from the hauler or another source.

The gravel haul must be completed by August 31, 2018.  No gravel is to be placed on municipal roads after this date unless approved by a member of Council.
