This Notice is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of the following services at various provincial parks and recreation sites:
Dry Waste Disposal/Collection; Carpentry Services; Liquid Waste Disposal; Office Cleaning; Electrical; Site Maintenance; Plumbing and Heating; Small Water Systems Operator Services; Aquatic Weed Harvesting Services; Other Miscellaneous Services
Note: Required services may differ from park to park.
Type of Agreement and Term:
The selected Proponent(s) will be requested to enter into direct negotiations to finalize a contract or service Agreement with GOS for the provision of the services.
The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year commencing April 1, 2021, with an option in favour of GOS to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional one (1) year term.
Submissions:
Proponents may submit either by mail, courier, in-person or by email. Submission details will be provided in the Request for Bid packages.
The GOS does not assume any responsibility for delayed or rejected Submissions.Proponents acknowledge that all risks associated with Submissions are their sole responsibility, and that late Submissions, regardless of the reason, will be rejected.
If there are multiple Submissions received from a Proponent, the last email copy submitted will prevail.
Submissions deadline for all locations will be received until 2:00 p.m. (SK Time) on February 11, 2021.
