NOTICE TO TENDERERS

TOWN OF REDVERS CONSTRUCTION OF THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADE

Tenders are invited from General Contractors for the Construction of Water Treatment Plant Upgrades for the Town of Redvers. Sealed Tenders will be received at the office of the Consulting Engineer up to 2:00PM CST Tuesday, January 20th, 2026 and will be opened immediately thereafter.

The work includes:

1. Construction of a 267 sq.m. water treatment plant building expansion on a new 417 cu.m. concrete water storage reservoir;

2. Supply, installation and commissioning of treatment, pumping, mechanical and electrical equipment;

3. Construction of an access road and truck fill station;

4. Modifications to the existing builiding, including demolition of exisitng equipment and re-purposing of the building for new facility uses;

5. Miscellaneous underground infrastructure, including water distribution mains, sanitary sewer installation, and modifications to remove the existing water tower from service;

6. Installation of an emergency standby generator, including gas supply and electrical connections;

7. Clean up of site; and

8. Repair of defects in workmanship and / or materials for a period of one year after completion of the work.

General Contractors may obtain digital Contract Documents from the office of the Consulting Engineer.

Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten percent (10%) of the tendered amount.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.

This project is funded by the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP).
