Electronic tenders for window replacement for Daisy Hill Manor located at 629 Main Street, Esterhazy SK will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Regina City Time, Thursday June 11, 2020.  Deliver bids electronically to tenders.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com .  Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format.  Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted.  Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.

Description of the Work:  replacement of sixty-four (64) windows and one (1) French door in a 30 – suite and 1 – Guest room, two-storey apartment building.  Replacement windows shall be PVC construction.

Tenders must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Certified cheques will NOT be accepted.
