This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by the City of Saskatoon (the “City”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the City and provide the information requested below.

The City is in the early stages of procuring an Enterprise Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, and IT Service Management System to assist the City of Saskatoon in managing these highly important capabilities.

All respondents must register on the City’s electronic bidding system at saskatoon.bidsandtenders.ca. This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, ask questions, receive addenda and email notifications, and submit their bid through the bidding system.
