For WWTP Biosolids Facility Pipe Flailing,  Pipe flailing takes place every year to reduce buildup of struvite and keep the plant operating. This procurement is meant to combine the existing portion of the Vac trucking contract, and the flailing contract into one contract that encompasses the entire project. It is the intent to award for a 1 year contract with the option to renew annually for up to 5 years total.
