The Concrete Standing Offer aims to cover unplanned or emergency maintenance and replacement of concrete sidewalks, curbs, pedestrian ramps, and concrete crossings that arise throughout the construction season. This will be on a “call-out” basis, and there is no guarantee on the quantity of work.
