This Request For Proposals(the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to experienced Commercial Roofing Contractors to submit bids for the project to replace the roof at the SaskTel Service Center Garage building at 1831 North Service Road, in the City of Swift Current, Sask. as  further described below (the “Deliverables”): The work will include for the removal of approximately 5,950 ft2 of existing BUR roof assembly, and the installation of a new SBS roof assembly at the SaskTel Swift Current 20 Service Center location. Please Note: For this project,  SaskTel requires all Vendors to have current COR(Certification of Recognition) or SECOR (Small Employer Certification of Recognition) safety accreditation certificate.BONDING  is required for this Project. There is a requirement for a 10% bid bond and letter of surety for bidding on this project. Bonding can also be in the form of an irrevocable letter of credit.The intention of this tender is to have a complete, functional, water proof roofing system at the site. SaskTel will consider multiple criteria when determining the successful vendor for this opportunity, including the organization's ability to meet the requirements of the job.The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
