At least one week before the RFP submission deadline, the vendor’s contact person identified in the RFP Intent document will be provided access to LifeLabs LifeBox to electronically submit RFP responses. Further instructions will be provided at the time access is granted. Please note that electronic responses to the RFP are sufficient, hard copies are not required.

The procurement method that will be used and whether it will involve negotiation or electronic auction:  -        Request for Proposal with the option to negotiate per standard LifeLabs RFP clause 3.8:  In addition to all other rights, SHA and LifeLabs specifically reserve the right to:

Select and negotiate with those vendors it judges qualified for competitive biddign and terminate negotiations with any party at any time without incurring any liability
Negotiate various terms and other conditions of business with successful vendor(s)

The time frame for delivery of goods or services or duration of the contract –  once the RFP is awarded LifeLabs and the SHA will negotiate with the successful vendor
