Scope of Work: The Analytics team is a new part of SaskEnergy, the team has been using legacy tools to identify some quick wins for improvement internally. Legacy tools include on premise SQL server, Power BI and SSIS.  SaskEnergy is looking to enter into a contract with a proponent to assist with the maturity of both the Analytics team itself, as well as the organization.  The successful proponent should be able to deliver the following:

A data and infrastructure strategy which encompasses:

Underlying architecture and infrastructure – Specifically the tools, technology, and tech patterns to take data from ingestion to end user consumption of data products.
Processes to appropriately leverage the architecture for resolving data and analytics requests, initiatives, projects, and programs.
Potential structures to support the architecture & processes, and user personas.

Detailed implementation plan and resources that can implement the data strategy. This includes:

Implementation of all tools, technology and governance as agreed to in deliverable 1.
Onboarding for current analytics staff and training on the implemented architecture and strategy.
