PHASE 3 - UR International Office Renovation - The University of Regina is undertaking a construction project to renovate an existing office suite in the College West Building located on the Main Campus. The renovation will include extensive demolition of interior walls and all connected infrastructure. There will be new millwork, new flooring, electrical and mechanical revisions. All details and requirements are outlined in the attached Bid, Drawing Package and Photos. Please note that this Tender is for PHASE THREE only shown on the drawings. Phase 1 & 2 are already complete. This renovation is located within office suite CW109 only. This is outlined on the drawings. Due to the COVID-19 Virus there will not be an onsite contractor walkthrough. In lieu of no on site walk through photos of the spaces have been provided. If additional information is required please contact the Project Manager in charge of this project. In addition, an extensive COVID Protocol Plan will be required by the successful Contractor. Please be advised if that if you are unable to proved an extensive COVID Protocol plan, approved by the University, your Bid will be rejected. A Building Permit for this project has already been retained.

Due to the COVID-19 issue, there will be no in-person site walk through for Contractors. In lieu of the walkthrough photos have been provided of the spaces that will be part of the scope of work. Site access to a loading dock and disposal bins is excellent.
