The R.M. of Rosthern 403 is inviting tenders for the 2025 Gravel Haul Program.

Work to commence: May - weather permitting

Quantity: APPROX. 15,000 – 25,000 cu. yds.

Tender submitted MUST be on the prescribed form and must include:

Price per yard mile hauled and placed (all fees and taxes included)
If there is a minimum mile charge and the amount per mile (all fees and taxes included)
Price per yard loading (all fees and taxes included)
List all equipment to be used.

Bidding instructions and Tender forms can be found attached, the RM website or at the office.

We would like the work to begin in May - weather permitting. Please supply your availability for work commencement date as well as finishing date.

Tender closes and will be open for review on May 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM.  Any tenders submitted after this will not be opened.

Tenders will be awarded at the May 6th 2025 Regular Council Meeting.

It is your responsibility to be sure the tender is received by the office by the closing date.
