This NRFP is an invitation by the GOS to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of supply and installation of systems furniture.

It is anticipated that approximately 111 workstations (two (2) sizes of different configurations) will be purchased by the Ministry of Central Services (Ministry) for 4th and 5th floors of South Tower, 2045 Broad Street, Regina, Saskatchewan.  The GOS may alter the total quantity within a +/-15%, based on floor space and pods proposed by a Proponent.

The Ministry is amalgamating five (5) office locations into one (1) and requires furniture to accommodate the new space.

Proponents are to provide a mock up for viewing of the systems furniture they are proposing for this NRFP.  The mock up can be at supplier site or at a location utilizing the proposed furniture.  The mock up will be evaluated as part of the rated criteria under quality of product, and as such is a mandatory requirement. The mock up is to include all components of one (1) work station. If a Proponent fails to provide a mock up of the proposed furniture, for the date indicated in the table in section 1.4, they will not be considered in the evaluation process.
