Submissions marked "COR5297 - Staples Arena Refrigeration Compressor and Drive Replacement" will be received by the City of Regina, City Hall, Main Floor, Ambassadors Desk or 5th Floor, Procurement Branch, 2476 Victoria Avenue, P.O. Box 1790, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 3C8, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on July 15, 2020.

This solicitation describes a requirement for the replacement of the refrigeration compressors, drives and related work at the Jack Staples Arena located at 444N Broad Street in Regina, Saskatchewan.  The Jack Staples Arena was constructed in 1971, has a refrigeration system serving artificial ice.  The facility provides recreation opportunities to the public through minor hockey, public skating and other community programs.

There will be scheduled information sessions regarding this competition at 9:00 AM, CST. on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 for any interested respondents to attend. The session will take place at the Jack Staples Arena, 444N Broad Street, Regina, Saskatchewan. Interested respondents must pre-register their attendance and review the walkthrough process.
