725034 CL 343 Arts Admin Hub -- 91200-01-25
An interior renovation of an existing office suite in the Classroom Building (third floor). Existing offices will be demolished and an open concept administrative hub, data room, work room and closed office will be constructed. The project includes floor plan revisions, architectural finishes, and associated mechanical and electrical updates. We are seeking a General Contractor to perform the work under a Stipulated Price Contract.
NOTE: The closing date for this competition has been extended from November 12, 2025 to November 18, 2025 at 2.00 PM (Sask time).
