The R.M. of Frenchman Butte No. 501 is inviting sealed tenders for the supply of one (1) new 2026 wheel loader to support municipal road maintenance and material handling operations. The unit must meet detailed minimum specifications, including ROPS/FOPS-certified cab, diesel engine, four-wheel drive, required safety features, and compatible bucket and attachment options. Proponents may submit pricing with or without a trade-in of the Municipality’s existing 2010 John Deere 624K wheel loader.

Tenders must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. CST on February 4, 2026, with award subject to approval by resolution of Council on February 25, 2026. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
