Purpose of this Advance Proposed Procurement Notice

This is an advance notice of several potential procurement opportunities for interested Contractors so that advance planning can take place. This may include multiple tenders closing in the same week as well as some tenders being advertised for less than 10 days. The goal is to complete the tender process in a way that provides Contractors with adequate time to complete the work.

Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. The Ministry reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work.

Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to:

Bidders may request a debriefing session from Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement by emailing constructionsbp@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date. The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
