Electronically sent tenders for Bison Manor Housing Domestic Piping Replacement in Weyburn SK, will be received at the office of HDA Engineering Ltd. via email to hda@hdaeng.com until 2:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, May 15th, 2025.

A mandatory site walk-through for Contractors will be held on Thursday May 1st, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. The walk-through will take place at Bison Manor, 41 Bison Avenue, Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Interested parties to meet at the front entrance of the building. All contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walk-through of their intention to attend. Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the bid.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified Mechanical Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to Sub-Contractors.
