The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) has a requirement for the provision of design/build and installation services for fixed x-ray equipment from Carestream at Lloydminster Hospital and Battlefords Union Hospital and future fixed x-ray equipment within SHA.

The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal the SHA’s intention to award a contract for these services to Hil-COM Inc. at 337 Pannell Lane Strathroy, ON. Before awarding a contract, however, the SHA is providing other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a statement of capabilities during the 10 calendar day posting period.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

The supplier of these services must have experience in the installation of x-ray equipment in a hospital setting and must be familiar with Carestream x-ray equipment. Demonstrated ability to meet infection control and other hospital standards is also required.
