The Saskatchewan Health Authority (“SHA”)  requires the provision of twelve (12) residential support beds  for individuals (SHA “Clients” or “patients”)  who typically are newly discharged from the Saskatoon, Royal University Hospital, Dube Mental Health Unit, and require support to achieve stability in the community to eventually transition to more independent living, including assistance monitoring medication, wellness, meal planning /preparation and collaborating with the Mental Health team providing care.   The patients suffer from mental health issue and some patients have concurrent substance use disorders.
