WSA requires a qualified contractor to complete the construction of the Gardiner Dam office and shop facility as designed by aodbt Architecture and Interior Design (“aodbt”) and outlined in the attached Issued for Tender drawings and specifications. This precast concrete facility will be located at Cutbank, SK and will consist of a 500 s.m., three-bay maintenance shop and an adjoining 510 s.m. office building with training room, staff amenities and building support spaces. The contractor will be responsible for the supply and transportation of all construction materials, following WSA’s on-site safety procedures, and coordination and supervision of all sub-contractors. The successful respondent will be contracted under WSA and will work with the project team at aodbt, who will be completing resident engineering and construction management for the construction phase of the project. WSA’s target substantial completion date for this project is June 30, 2022.

WSA is responsible for water management in the Province of Saskatchewan, which includes managing the Province’s water supply, protecting water quality, ensuring safe drinking water and the treatment of wastewater, reducing flood and drought damage, protecting aquatic habitat, and managing 72 dams and related supply channels.
