The City of Saskatoon Parks Department seeks to retain the services of a contractor to provide the equipment, materials and labour to perform Hydrovac and stump removal services and backfilling in streetscape cut-outs in various Business Improvement Districts and on center medians adjacent to arterial roadways. This work is for the purpose of daylighting utilities for safe tree stump/ wire basket removal and backfilling and tamping cut-out with topsoil after the stumps are removed.
