Submissions clearly marked "COR5026 - Regina Police Service (RPS) Campus Development Project", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on October 13, 2020.

The City requires a qualified general contractor to provide renovation and construction services for the Regina Police Service (RPS) Campus Development project. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• site works including landscaping, civil piping and hard surfaces
• a temporary customer service entrance to the current RPS Headquarters (HQE)
• upgrades to HQE
• upgrades to the former Saskatchewan Transportation Company building (Headquarters West [HQW])
• construction of a building joining HQE and HQW (Link)

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
