Sealed tenders are invited for the reconstruction of approximatley 4.6 kilometres of Township Road 474 and Range Road 323. The work includes topsoil stripping, approximatley 23,000m3 of excavation, culvert replacemnts and extensions, gravel base course placement, and prime coat. Tender Documents are posted on SaskTenders and can be obtained from the office of BAR Engineering Co. Ltd., 70 Avenue, Lloydminster, Alberta T9V 3N6

The tender submission must be accompanied by a ten percent (10%) Bid Bond and Consent of Surety as well as an outline of the Bidder's safety program and policy, or valid Certificate of Recognition. The successful Bidder shall furnish Performance and Labour Materials Payment Bonds within fifteen (15) days following confirmation that the Bidder's Tender has been accepted. 

The Rural Municipality of Eldon No. 471 reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders or to accept the Tender deemed to be most favourable to the R.M. of Eldon No. 471, as described in the "Instructions to Bidders". The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
