This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Saskatchewan Polytechnic to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services Recognition of Prior Learning Environmental Scan as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
