The Ministry of Social Services (MSS), Child and Family Programs (CFP) is seeking a third-party service provider interested in the operation of two programs: the Functional Behavioural Assessment Program and the Youth Transitional Support program throughout the Province of Saskatchewan.

The programs will focus on intervention and prevention aimed at supporting families to continue to care for children and youth (C/Y) requiring behavioural support without requiring an out of home care resource; and to support caregivers of children who are in care to safely maintain the child until reunification with the child’s parent or extended family caregiver is achieved.

The program can be housed out of any location - expectations are that services can expand to families throughout the Province of Saskatchewan despite the home location of the office/program.
