This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Committee to prospective proponents to submit proposals  for an assessment report on Turtle Lake. Our goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current state of the lake and its surrounding ecosystem. This assessment will provide a framework that will identify key issues and prioritize future stewardship activities to enhance the health and sustainability of the area.

Proposals will be received in their entirety either by mail, email, or hand delivered to the RM of Mervin No. 499; Attention Shiloh Bronken, Chief Administrative Officer.
