As we navigate our strategic priorities using a collective impact approach, we recognize the importance of strong IT support in driving our mandate forward.
We invite proposals from IT service providers who share our dedication to fostering an inclusive and safe community. We look forward to engaging with a reputable service provider that has the technical expertise to enable our organization to manage and optimize our access to information and business services.
BACKGROUND
Organization Overview
CSIR was established in Sept. 2022 as a municipal non-profit corporation, and is dedicated to enhancing the well-being, health, safety, and social inclusion of community members in Regina, situated within Treaty Four Territory and the Homeland of the Métis. Guided by our mandate, we strive to collectively create, facilitate, and monitor coordinated community and social impact strategies that address critical issues within our community.
Strategic Priorities
Our efforts are focused on advancing six key priorities: Substance Use, Safety, Food Insecurity, Intimate Partner/Domestic Violence, System Services, and Racism and Discrimination. These priorities were formalized in the Community Safety & Well-being (CSWB) Plan, which received approval from the Regina City Council in November 2021.
The CSWB Plan articulates the vision of a sustainable community where all community members feel safe, have a sense of belonging, and possess opportunities for meaningful participation. It underscores the necessity for community members to have their needs addressed across various dimensions, including education, healthcare, food, housing, income, and social and cultural expression.
