NOTICE TO TENDERERS TOWN OF PILOT BUTTE

TENNIS COURT RESURFACING AND ASPHALT PATCHING

Sealed Tenders are invited from Contractors for the construction of the above noted improvements for the Town of Pilot Butte. Sealed Tenders will be received at the office of the Consulting Engineer up to 2:00 pm, C.S.T., Monday, July 15th , 2024 and will be opened immediately thereafter.

The work includes:

- Tennis court resurfacing, including deep patching, screw pile installation to support new uses, pavement reinforcement system, and asphalt overlay;

- Miscellaneous patching throughout the Town, including deep excavations, base course and asphalt surface course;

- Provision of roads for ingress and egress to the locations of all work required.

- Clean-up of site.

- Repair of defects for one year after completion of the work.

General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the office of the Consulting Engineers.

Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
