This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Regina (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 6855 - Snack and Beverage Vending as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

This RFP is to procure vending services for the operation and maintenance of internal and external-facing City of Regina facilities.

The procurement is for the operation and maintenance of vending services in City of Regina recreation and other facilities. The term is for five years.

The objectives are detailed in the agreement (sections 19-22), but to summarize:

The vendor is to:

- install, service, maintain and stock the vending machines.

- provide all customer service in regard to the machines’ operation.

- comply with federal and provincial rules regarding public health and safety as required.
