The blinds at Lakewood Civic Centre are past the recommended lifetime and are in need of being replaced. The City of Saskatoon seeking a contractor to remove/dispose of existing blinds and provide/install window films on the south and west windows. The facility will be open to the public, so extra safety factors will be important during the project.
