The City of Saskatoon seeks to retain the services of consultant with the natatorium design experience. The City needs to create a strategic capital investment plan for the Shaw Center facility. It will include project execution prioritization and projection for major operations, systems renewal and mandated project scope with timing intended to minimize shutdown time. The study is a comprehensive assessment to identify shortfalls, unmet code requirements or other changes required to accommodate current and long-term facility needs. The study will assist City staff in replacement or repair identification, and in understanding operational conditions and deficiencies needing remedial work.
