Total Compensation Analysis -- 2024-CompAnalysis
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite qualified proponents to prepare and submit competitive proposals to complete a total compensation, benefits and compensation analysis culminating in a report including recommendations for Meewasin to address market changes.
The objectives of this RFP are to:
Provide information to support fair and equitable compensation relationships within the organization and the local labour market.
Provide recommendations supported by relevant information for change.
Meewasin currently employs approximately 30 regular full-time, part-time, seasonal and/or term staff and a number of casual and short-term staff to support operations in different seasons. Meewasin has one collective agreement with SGEU; management and human resource staff are out of scope. Under the Collective Agreement there is step-system pay structure, and most positions have five steps.
Meewasin completed a compensation analysis with a consultant in 2021.
