The intent of this request is to evaluate and approve potential supplier(s) to become a vendor of record authorized to supply the 2024 Valve Replacement Program.

The Town of Shaunavon is accepting RFQs (Request for Quotes) for a qualified firm to provide for the 2024 valve replacement program. The program consists of ONE of two work packages, and the respondent may respond either to Work Package 1 (Town of Shaunavon supplies Valves, Couplers, Pipe, and valve boxes) or Work Package 2 (Contractor supplies Valves, Couplers, Pipe, and valve boxes).

Work Package 1: Valve Replacement Program with no materials supplied

4” valve on the East end of the back alley between 3rd Ave. and 4th Ave. on 1st Street West
6” valve at the North side of the intersection of 3rd Ave. and 2nd Street West.
6” valve at the South side of the intersection of 4th Ave. and 2nd Street West.
6” valve at the South side of the intersection of 4th Ave. and Center Street.
6” valve at the North side of the intersection of 3rd Ave. and Center Street.
6” valve at the North side of the intersection of 3rd Ave. and 4th Street East.
6” valve at the South side of the intersection of 3rd Ave. and 4th Street East.
6” valve at the North side of the intersection of 3rd Ave. and 5th Street East.
6” valve at the South side of the intersection of 3rd Ave. and 5th Street East.
